Exclusive cookery demonstration by top Italian chef and Head Chef of The Italian Embassy DANILO CORTELLINI at Scavolini Store West Hampstead.
We learnt to cook Danilo’s signature dishes, from the simple to the sophisticated. Everyone got a window in to fine Italian cooking in a relaxing chatty atmosphere. We were very proud to have such a talented chef with us and was great for our native Italian team members to feel right at home.
Danilo also signed copies of his latest cookery book.
