8 steps to your dream Scavolini project

STEP 1 – Initial Design Consultation

Book an appointment to come share your dream idea with one of our experienced designers. Discuss your requirements, preferred styles and budget whilst looking at the wide range of collections, samples and your exciting plans will start to take shape. BOOK IN HERE.

STEP 2 – Design Presentation

Our designer will review every aspect of your project with you, including costs and anticipated timelines. You’ll have the opportunity to explore different options, alternatives, and installation details to ensure the final package meets all your requirements.To help you visualize your space, we use our bespoke 3D software, bringing your design to life and allowing you to feel confident in your choices.Should further revisions be required, we kindly ask for a commitment fee (deductible from the deposit payment) to secure our time for your project.

STEP 3 – Pre-Design Survey

Arrange a convenient time for our Installation Manager to visit and carry out an initial survey to take accurate measurements and assess services/current structure. A charge of £120.00 will be made for this visit, which is fully redeemable against the purchase of your Scavolini furniture.

STEP 4 – Order

On receipt of a 50% non-refundable deposit, your dream project will start to become reality as it is put into production at SCAVOLINI’s impressive facility in Italy. A further 50% payment is payable 7 days prior to your kitchen being despatched from the factory. Detailed service plans are produces with all specifications and no further changed can be made to the order at this point. The furniture takes from 8-14 weeks to be produced and delivered to your property.

STEP 5 – Showroom Co-Ordinator

Our showroom coordinator will take care of your installation, delivery of your Scavolini furniture and become your main point of contact. Find out more about our TEAM online.

STEP 6 – Pre-Installation Visit

Our Installation Manager will visit you again 7 days prior to the start of the work, to reconfirm all details, check that everything is ready for installation and run again through the details of your chosen Installation Package. He will be the person in charge of the installation, from what is on paper to fitting the last shelf of the project.

STEP 7 – Installation

Our experienced Fitting Team will be briefed in advance and will be introduced to you on arrival. Every effort will be made to ensure that any disruption is kept to an absolute minimum, but there will inevitably be some dust and your renovation area may be unusable for some time. On average if worktop/splashback template is required the full completion may take up to 2-5 weeks depending on the size & choice.

STEP 8 – Enjoy!

On completion of the installation, we will visit to make sure that you are happy with your new furniture and we will be available for any workmanship issues for 12 months, after than period any remedial work will be taken on case by case and may involve a further fee. The kitchen is signed off once you are fully satisfied with our work. We hope that you will then enjoy your Scavolini furniture for many years to come.
